Hi, I can't download. I am logged in but I get this error: "Something went wrong. If you're a registered member, please contact us and we'll release it for you." Please help..

There's an issue with the download manager and it should be resolved in the next few days.

This issue was fixed but there's a new issue that gives a double header error when trying to download. I'm working on it and it will probably take a few days to sort out. Will update here.

The download issue has been sorted. To download, follow these simple steps:

 

1. You must be logged in

2. Right-click the 'download' link at the bottom of the portfolio or blog post

3. From the context menu, select: 'Save Link As'

4. Click 'save' (if you prefer: you can also change the filename for the download in this step)

5. That's it
